"MENDS supplied the way to change, but I definitely brought the pain and complaints. I used to be really negative and felt like the world was against me. I couldn’t accept that I’d worked so hard and for so long; and for what? For a while I drove the facilitator and the other MENDS guys a bit nuts I’m sure. But eventually the penny dropped and things started to turn for me. What I’ve learned has stayed with me and helped me with my kids for sure. It’s also helped me with my new lady."
